Steph possesses extensive management experience spanning over two decades, encompassing various executive-level functions such as accounting, finance, operations, and human resources. Prior to her tenure at Tax Advisors Group, she spearheaded numerous companies through numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and seamlessly integrated them post-acquisition.
In her capacity as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Steph assumes the pivotal responsibility of leading Tax Advisors Group through its finance transformation while supporting its trajectory of high growth. Before joining Tax Advisors Group, Steph served as Director of Bridgepoint Consulting’s Financial Consulting practice in Dallas. In this influential role, she provided invaluable financial and operational leadership to middle-market companies, boasting annual revenues ranging from $50 million to $750 million. During her tenure, Steph played a vital role in optimizing accounting and finance functions for approximately sixty companies across diverse industries.
Steph’s expertise spans a myriad of financial domains, including financial reporting and analysis, cash management, process improvement, systems implementation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
Steph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas Austin and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas, underscoring her academic achievements and professional credentials.
