In his capacity as Vice President, Mr. Sparkman assumes the critical role of spearheading an integrated, go-to-market business development strategy aimed at creating impactful and expedited tax solutions for clients.
Alan’s client-centric approach ensures that each client receives tailored solutions that align with their individual needs and objectives. Leveraging extensive experience in consultative sales, he prioritizes understanding and addressing clients’ corporate requirements and goals.
Before joining TAG, Alan garnered valuable experience in the Oil and Gas industry, collaborating with some of the world’s largest chemical producers. In this role, he was entrusted with market development and forging partnerships across sales and supply channels, accumulating 8 years of experience in delivering value to clients spanning various industries.
Originally from Kentucky, Mr. Sparkman has called Austin, Texas home for the past 5 years, immersing himself in its vibrant community and professional landscape.
Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA from the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics. As a member of the Von Allmen Center for Entrepreneurship, he acquired additional expertise, earning certificates in Global Strategy and Commerce, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
